Before the studies
Information on future career paths is not only essential for students, but also for the participating universities, funding organisations and quality assurance bodies.
Include career information in the programme description. For new programmes, you can refer to reports from industry or national bodies for the need of knowledge/skills offered by the JP. JPs should be innovative and be able to respond to the needs of the labour market.
As soon as the first cohort has graduated, be sure to follow up with interviews. Students might also be willing to provide a testimonial in a short video, to be posted together with the application material.

During the studies
Describe the work fairs that the students will encounter during their studies. Also provide information on training possibilities for C.V. writing etc., provided by career service units at the partner universities. JPs with embedded internships or thesis projects offered by industry should point out this opportunity.
Information on career service is found in the Rationales and Comparison Table.
After the studies
JP graduates will most likely be offered to join the alumni associations of the degree-awarding universities. All JP consortia are recommended to keep track of their graduates. This can be organised by the students themselves, for example through linked-in.
For any virtual event organised for the JP, alumni can be invited and talk about their career.
