When planning a new Joint Programme or bilateral dual degree collaboration, there is a need to formalize the collaboration between the partners (with agreements) but also to complete and go through all required local administrative steps. You can find supporting documents below.

Here you can find examples of check lists and agreement templates. These templates needs to be revised and modified to be suitable for each planned programme/collaboration. Usually, the agreements are to be checked/approved by legal advisors too.

Unite! Joint programmes expert team

​This handbook and On-line Toolkit work was initiated February 2023 by Unite! Community 4/4.2A expert group. The group had "handbook writing marathon" at Unite! Dialogue in Wroclaw September 2023 and the first beta-version was reached in  June 2024.
